I'm truly blessed that I get to do what I love for a living. From commercial and event photography where creativity, lighting and the technical side must be exact, to wedding photography where you have to know how to get what you want under pressure for an extended length of time. I love it all and it's very challenging but satisfying on a personal and professional level. I've photographed around 350 weddings and events of all types since starting my business in 2008 and I just can't imagine doing anything else.
My inspiration - from the smallest details, to my client's grand vision for the day. I want my photos to stir emotion, movement and tell a story without being forced. Obviously there are many ways to achieve this, but I prefer a blending of styles. I would define mine as a mix of lifestyle, photojournalistic, editorial and candid.
In 2017 I received my Certificate of Certification (CPP) from the Professional Photography Association of America (PPA). Did you know only 6% of all photographers in the United States are certified. That means you're hiring someone who has pushed themselves to produce the best in the industry nationally. You're hiring someone who does consistent work, has proven technical skills, and a full understanding of the craft of photography and an artistic vision. CPP's hold themselves the highest level professionalism and can shoot in adverse conditions, unlike natural light photographers who don't understand how to use flash systems and have to rely on today's preset trends which come and go.
When life's biggest moments are unfolding and there's just one chance to capture that perfect memory, don't risk it to a self-proclaimed pro. Entrust your photography needs to a Certified Professional Photographer and see the difference for yourself.
I'm 5 star rated, and have the most in town, so listen to what my past clients have to say about my work.
