What about digital files?
You can always order more later, but you want to order all that you need at the time of your appointment in order to get the best deal and discounts. All images are permanently deleted 30 days after your session date. If you want to reorder purchased poses, we offer 1 year image archiving for $50. This service is only available for previously ordered images.
can i order more later?
After reviewing photos of the slideshow, you'll go home with a Proof Book of all your photos. A $300 non-refundable fee (which goes toward your final purchases) is due at this time. An appointment will be made to return the Proof Book and place your order within 3 business days. Regardless of your order amount, the $300 fee is non-refundable and the balance is applied towards your final order. If you can't make your appointment, 24 hours notice is needed to reschedule. A $49 fee will be charged for additional appointment times.

All photos larger than 11x14 come with a free standard frame at no extra charge. You can upgrade your frame at any time to one of our custom frames at a discount.
Do my photos come with frames?
After you make your list of favorites, make a list of what you and your parents would like to display in your home. Most parents choose a portrait to hang on the wall, then make a list of relatives and friends who they would like to give portraits too. Typical sizes are 5x7 & 8x10. After that make a list of those you want to give wallets too, and how many graduation announcements you plan on sending out.
How do i know what to order?
You'll see a slideshow presentation on our large high definition monitor. At that time we'll go through all the photos with you to help you make your choices. Your order will be finalized at this time, so all decision makers need to be present. Your payment will be due at this time. Additional viewing appointments are $49 each.

This time is reserved just for you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Your appointment will last approximately one and a half hours. It's important for you to arrive on time and bring all decision makers with you. An additional appointment time to make decisions on photos is $49. We request you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change this date or time.

There's a $100 session fee for your senior portraits. We include one viewing appointment with the free session. This time is reserved just for you. In order to make sure you get exactly what you want. We'll contact you within two weeks of the shoot to confirm an appointment time and date for viewing and ordering your photos.
